“Business Proposal” and “The Uncanny Counter” actress Kim Sejeong was moved to tears after watching a fan-made video by her Filipino SESANGs during her 1st Concert in Manila—at the New Frontier Theater last October 1, a sold-out event presented by Wilbros Live.
For her first Manila concert, the singer-actress also performed OSTs from the Korean dramas she starred in—including the fan-favorite “Love, Maybe.” Plus, her new tracks “Top Or Cliff” and “Voyage,” among many others. Throughout the event, the Kim Sejeong complimented the audience’s energy and passion as they continuously cheered for her.
Kim Sejeong also credited her fans’ support since she her rise to stardom seven years ago, when she joined “Produce 101.” The singer-actress then debuted in the project group I.O.I, then joined Gugudan. She eventually starred in “School 2017,” her first drama series as the main female lead. Then proceeded to bag awards including the Best New Actress award in the 2017 KBS Drama Awards and the Best Actress award at the SBS Drama Awards in 2022.
