Park Sung Hoon denied rumored “chaebol” background in an interview with Yoo Jae Suk via “You Quiz On The Block.”
He stated, “When I was in high school, my family became extremely poor. When my friends would buy hamburgers, I would squat on the stairs alone and wait for them [because he couldn’t afford to buy them].”
The actor also added that his life was a lot like the award-winning film “Parasite,” as they also used to live in a basement.
Park Sung Hoon is now a successful actor, starring in several well-known dramas such as Netflix’s “The Glory” and “Queen Of Tears.” He will also star in another Netflix Original, “Squid Game” season 2.
