Thai actor Win Metawin held his first solo fan meeting last June 11 at the New Frontier Theater.
Win opened the night with “One More Chance,” followed by a sit-down interview with host Kring Kim. During the Q&A session, Win shared tidbits about his daily life including how he doesn’t usually eat breakfast (as he is doing Intermittent Fasting). Hence, he eats his first meal during lunch time. However, he noted that he at least makes sure to drink two cups of Americano before he starts his day. For his bedtime habits, Win shared that he has his own skin care routine and he listens to music while showering. Additionally, the actor mentioned his three dogs—Bentley, Cartier and Charlotte—and added that “Cartier is the craziest.”
After the interview, Win made sandwiches for fans to enjoy. He noted that it’s his first time to make handmade sandwiches as he doesn’t have time to make some for himself. The carefully curated sandwiches each had their own names: My Love, Baby Vegan and My Girlfriend.
Afterward, Win once again serenaded the crowd with “Pretend,” “Wai A Pao Baby,” and “10 Years Later,” before his next segment called “Works and Wins.” Here, he talked about his past and present projects including “2gether The Series,” which he named as the “most memorable series he has done so far.” He said, “It was my very first series. [Because of this,] I got the chance to meet you.”
As a rising actor, Win was also asked who he wants to work with if he had the chance. He then mentioned BLACKPINK’s Jennie and Filipina actress Anne Curtis. The 24-year-old also mentioned that he wants to take on the role of a psycho character for his next series or film.
Before ending the show, Win made sure to read fan letters and also went down to meet the audience while performing “That Person Must Be You.”
Win Metawin will be returning on screen with his next project “Enigma.”
