4 Reasons Why Netflix’s “The Glory” Deserves A Part 3

Netflix’s “The Glory” Part 2 ended on a high note—completing Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo) revenge; she ate and left no crumbs. But what happens when the story focuses on the supporting characters: their stories and their own definition of “glory”?

Here are four key points that can be tackled if the “The Glory” team decides to pen a third part or a second season to further flesh out the stories of the supporting characters.

1.) Joo Yeo Jeong’s Revenge
Sure, his revenge is implied to be next. But how will it happen? What will he do once he infiltrates the prison walls? And how will it affect his mental health? Will he eventually get his own “glory”?

2.) A New Moon Dong Eun x Joo Yeo Jeong’s Tandem
Viewers have seen Joo Yeo Jeong (Lee Do Hyun) as Moon Dong Eun’s executioner, but what happens if it’s the other way around? How will Dong Eun-ah teach him her “ways”?

3.) Park Yeon Jin’s “Hell”
Yeon Jin-ah is in prison, but viewers never really got to see her repent—not that we’re expecting her to do so. And although we’re not expecting a redemption arc, seeing her regret (or on the verge of regretting) her actions would be a nice dream.

4.) What If Ye Sol Found Out The Truth
Just imagine Ye Sol growing up and learning about her biological mother and father’s sins, and her step father’s involvement in her real father’s death. How will she react? Will she seek also out revenge, or will she walk on the path of forgiveness?

If there was a third part, what else would you like to see in “The Glory”?

All episodes of “The Glory” are now streaming via Netflix.
