And, if given the chance, he wants to go around Manila and Cebu—stating that the city and people here are beautiful.

Ryan Bang, who was the host that night, said he would be his tour guide. Ryan Bang also invited him to guest in the noontime variety show “It’s Showtime”. For his next visit, Youngjae said that he wants to perform next time in the Philippines on an even bigger stage.

ATEEZ debuted on the Philippine stage, performing for the first time in Manila. Hong Jong said to their PH ATINYs, “Thank you for waiting for us for a long time.” ATEEZ also showcased their Tagalog skills with phrases such as: “magandang gabi,” “kumusta ka,” and “salamat.”

The boys performed “Pirate King” and “Say My Name,” among others. They also played Filipino game Sepak Takraw and a relay game.

ATEEZ said that although it’s their first time in the Philippines, they feel that ATINYs gave them very warm cheers.

iKON is back in Manila for a concert after four years. The members said they really miss their Filipino fans, with Jinhwan even stating: “Manila is the best.”

The boys really showcased their love for the Philippines. Jinhwan sang “Dahil Sa’yo” by Inigo Pascual. Yunhyeong said he would like to cook Filipino food as well. He also said that he tried Jollibee and Crispy Pata. Chanwoo said he tried halo-halo and banana cue before, and that he hopes to try them locally, too.

Bobby also gave heartfelt messages. He started with saying that they were worried thinking that what if PH iKONICs forgot about them, but the warm welcome from their Filipino fans reassured them. He also said during their interview and game portion, “Once a week, I go to church and pray for all the iKONICs all around the world to always be healthy.”

The boys concluded the night with “Freedom.” Bobby said, “Because of you guys we feel so much blessings. We miss you so much.”
