Red Velvet is finally confirmed to have a summer comeback after one year and six months. Their last album, which contains their hit song “Psycho,” was released back in December 2019.
During their group’s activities’ downtime, the members of Red Velvet were all busy with their own individual projects including Irene & Seulgi’s duo unit, Joy’s solo debut, and Irene and Yeri’s debut as an actress. Wendy, however, had to recover from an injury.
SM Entertainment confirmed that the girls are preparing for a new album, which will be released in August 2021.
UPDATE: Red Velvet confirmed to release six song via their comeback 6th mini album “Queendom” on August 16.
