In the seventh episode of “True Beauty,” there was a scene where Lim Jugyeong (portrayed by Moon Ga Young) was seen applying liptint on Han Seojun (portrayed by Hwang In Yeop). The two were actually looking for a gift for Seojun’s sister, Gowoon (portrayed Yeo Joo Ha), and decided to buy makeup products since Gowoon will star in another musical play.
Jugyeong first used the liptint on her, but then asked Seojun to try some on. Mostly because she was already wearing liptint and wanted to see if the color looked good on its own before letting Seojun purchase the product.
The said liptint is from a brand called Colorgram. The specific product is from the TOK Thunderbolt Tint Laquer line, and is said to be infused be aloe vera and rose hips to both soothe and hydrate lips. The liptint has a dewy finish, and can be used to create gradient lips or a full bright and bold colored one.
The product line has five different variants: #01 Romance Tok (sultry, blush-like red), #02 Heart Tok (classic bright red), #03 Light Tok (vibrant orange red), #04 Daily Tok (toned down daily coral), and #06 Pretty Tok (vigorous and bright coral.) Currently, “True Beauty” has featured #02 Heart Tok and #03 Light Tok.
Aside from her scene with Seojun, Lim Jugyeong was also seen using the liptint through her transformation scenes, and she also used some to make Kang Sujin (portrayed by Park Yoona) look like a college girl, so they can buy liquor. (They got busted, by the way.)
Colorgram: TOK Thunderbolt Tint Laquer is around 450PHP-650PHP per liptint, and is available via various e-commerce websites and apps in the Philippines.
